The geo-targeted mobile ad is an industry-first service that would give clients dynamic new options for targeting potential buyers, including tech-savvy professionals, millennials, and other consumers who will be difficult to reach out to using other marketing mediums.

Real estate mobile ad solution provider Xpressdocs owned the largest market in direct marketing solutions for franchise and real estate industries. Chalk Digital, on the other hand, developed the first and only platform that globally enabled local real estate brokers and agents to generate and publish geo-targeted mobile ads, all at a fraction of the price of using traditional mobile advertising networks.

Xpressdocs EVP Darrin Rayner stated that by combining Xpressdocs Marketing Services with the Chalk Digital Instant Ad Platform, they will enable thousands of real estate professionals and franchising clients to acquire a local advantage by starting a coordinated print and mobile project simultaneously. This will double their consumer reach and efficiency through an air to ground extensive marketing initiative, according to a report from Global Marketing Watch.

Chalk CEO and founder Craig Hagopian stated that 89 percent of home buyers will utilize mobile at the start and throughout their search. He said that the partnership with Xpressdocs will give real estate agents and franchise owners a cheaper, turnkey path to reach buyers and, in the process, multiple the value in their clients' eyes.

The real estate mobile ad solution service will export content from new or existing postcards, brochures and other print media into banner ad templates, eliminating the effort and cost of creating specific content for mobile marketing campaigns. It will also Target mobile users based on geographic details such as ZIP code, city and proximity to an area, according to a feature from Josic.
