'The Little Mermaid' Chloe Moretz Follows Kylie Jenner's Footsteps; Buys Multimillion-Dollar House Too

"Kick-Ass," and "Carrie" star Chloe Moretz just took a critical step in purchasing her first home. The 19-year-old matched fellow teenage millionaire homeowner Kylie Jenner by splurging $3.4 million on a gated Spanish-inspired property in the LA district of Studio City.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom manor takes up over 5,592 square feet and includes lavish details, such as a stylish kitchen, a master suite with walk-in closets, a sitting area, an ornate fireplace, and an gigantic master bath with a jacuzzi tub. However, as opulent as the home's interior and major selling point is the space outside.

Moretz's mansion is equipped with a celebrity's dream yard complete with a modern pool, spa, and waterfall. Spacious patios provide sweeping canyon views and include an automatic  built-in barbecue and wood-burning fireplace. It also comes with a fitness center and a maid's suite to accommodate live-in help, according to Popsugar.

In other news, the star admitted she was asked to join Taylor Swift's popstar entourage at some point. And while she did not reveal how she responded, she shared her thoughts on the squad phenomenon. Moretz said that the craze appropriates exclusivity. She even went so far as comparing squads to cliques.

When asked to share her experience of receiving an invite to the celebrity posse which has included her friend Selena Gomez, "The Little Mermaid" upcoming star Moretz simply stated how talented Swift is.

As an outspoken advocate of gender equality, Moretz went on to elaborate how she had become more willing to say her opinions out loud as she has gotten older.

"The Little Mermaid" star Moretz explained that there were definitely moments when she was worried about not being liked if she spoke out, but she realized that idea is a forced, societal outlook of how women should be, according to Hollywood Life
